Discover
We sit in the room with you.
Before a single rigging point is drawn we capture the brief — vision, scope, constraints. Who is the audience, what is the moment, what is the budget envelope, what cannot break.
Design
The whole show on paper before it lives in steel.
CAD layouts, lighting plots, audio modeling, signal flow. We design through the constraints we found in discovery — and we design twice before we build once.
Build
Prep bay walkthrough.
Every patch list, every rack, every fixture is staged in the prep bay before it goes to site. Crews touch the kit before show day. Spares are surveyed. Pack lists are checked twice.
Execute
On-site crew. Dedicated tech lead. Single-point ownership.
Cue-to-cue. Show calls. Tech rehearsal. Live. Our tech lead is your single point of ownership for the entire production — from load-in through the last cue.
Strike
Out clean. Debrief shared.
Inventory back to base. Damages logged. Spare consumed reported. Debrief notes shared with you — what worked, what we will refine, what to add to the next brief.
